Bulk Coconut Sugar Supplier — Factory-Direct Wholesale from Indonesia
We are the factory. We produce coconut sugar in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia, and sell it in bulk directly to importers, packers and brand owners — no trading company in between. Two forms leave the plant: granulated (mesh 30) and powder (mesh 50), both conventional (natural) grade. Volume tiers & lead times
One pallet is the trial tier. It exists so a buyer can qualify the product against their own line before committing to a container, and it is the same line and the same specification as a full container load — not a sample-grade run.

Lead time is confirmed on each quote, based on quantity and the production schedule.
Conventional (natural) granulated coconut sugar runs USD 2,000–2,800 per metric ton FOB, and the same band covers powder. The band includes standard export packaging — bags, cartons and pallet wrap — so there is no separate packing line to add on top of it. Indicative, quoted as a band rather than a point, and reviewed quarterly. Last updated 2026-09-15. A quoted price is valid for 5 working days.
We quote EXW, FOB, CFR (CNF) and CIF. Payment is 30% down payment, with the balance against the Bill of Lading no later than one week after the B/L is issued; a letter of credit is also accepted.

Production capacity and lead time by form and volume tier
Conventional (natural) output runs to 350 tonnes/month. Against that schedule, these are the working days from order confirmation to ready-to-load:

Both forms — granulated (mesh 30) and powder (mesh 50) — run on the same line and the same schedule, so neither tier carries a different lead time by form. Last updated 2026-09-19.
Ready-to-load is not the same as delivered: it is the point at which the order is produced, packed and available at the factory. Sailing schedule and transit time sit on top of it and are confirmed with the quote. We state no lead time for a full month’s production — at that volume the answer depends on what else is on the line, and a published number would be a guess.
How buyers verify us
Three things a buyer can ask for, and get, without taking our word for anything:
- A Certificate of Analysis for every lot. Not for the first shipment, not on request — every lot, so each consignment carries its own evidence rather than inheriting the reputation of the one before it.
- A retained sample. A sample from every production lot is retained for five years, so a question raised about an earlier shipment is checked against the lot itself rather than the paperwork describing it.
- A free sample before you commit. Samples are free of charge. Courier delivery is at the buyer’s cost — DHL, FedEx, EMS or CDEK.
Testing is done at third-party laboratories rather than in-house: SGS and Sucofindo, both in Indonesia. Which laboratory runs which test, and the accredited scope each result falls under, are stated on the test report itself — we do not summarise an accreditation here, because accreditation is granted per laboratory and per scope, and the report is the only place that distinction survives intact.

Who we’re not the right factory for
Four situations where another supplier serves you better. Saying so is cheaper for both of us than finding out at the quote stage.
You need less than one pallet. Our minimum is 1.5 metric tons. Below that you want a distributor holding stock in your market, not a factory in Central Java.
Your order depends on a claim we cannot evidence. If your market requires a claim we do not currently hold a current certificate for, we will say so at RFQ stage rather than after you have committed. A factory already holding it is the better answer.
You need a form we do not make. We produce granulated and powder only. Block sugar and nectar syrup are not made here.
Your destination is China. Registration for that market is not in place, so a China-bound order is not one we can take today.
FAQ: bulk supply
