To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. Nothing on this list is used for any other purpose.
Who receives it
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and forwarded by email to our sales mailbox, export@coconutcharcoal.pro. Web3Forms processes and forwards the submission; what their own policy says beyond that is set out at the link.
How long it is kept
RFQ submissions are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted; earlier on request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the details you sent, correction of them, or their deletion. Write to the email address above.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It ships no JavaScript and no analytics or tracking script; the only script on any page is structured data, which does not execute. Dark mode follows your operating system setting and is not stored.
